Originally from Long Island, NY, I attended SUNY Stony Brook before moving to Arizona and completing my education at Northern Arizona University, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 1983 with a bachelor of science degree in dental hygiene.

career as a dental assistant in 1978, where I grew to love working with and caring for people and their dental needs. I've worked with the Doctors Briggs and this most wonderful team since 2003, and continue to be inspired and awed by the doctors and team each and every day. I am most grateful to Dr. Roger and Dr. Brad for encouraging me to further my education by becoming certified to use diode lasers in the treatment of periodontal disease. I feel blessed to be in surroundings that motivate me to be the best practitioner I can be.

Cindy Holland, RDH
I am a native Arizonan, but spent 20 years in the Northeast before returning to my homeland. I graduated from Hudson Valley Community College and then Albany State University in 1974. I have practiced dental hygiene for 35 years and find that by working for amazing dentists, I am still passionate about my work. I am so blessed to work with a fabulous team; theyve become my best friends.
I joined Dr. Briggs in 1996 and plan on retiring when he does. My husband Mark and I are enjoying empty nest syndrome while my son Jesse has found his passion working long hours in the restaurant industry. Ashlee is now a mother and we are enjoying life as grandparents to a beautiful granddaughter.

After we sold the business in 1994, I returned to Scottsdale and resumed a hobby interior decorating, attending classes at Scottsdale Community Center, along with buying real estate, doing remodeling projects for rental property and resale which I have always enjoyed. I also returned to work for Dr. Briggs in a position which allows for much growth and delivery of great service to our patients. I have really enjoyed building relationships with our patients over the many years that I have been here.
I walked down the aisle March 2007 and married my wonderful husband Dale. We met during building of our new dental office in 2004. He headed the project from the beginning to the end. We live here in Scottsdale and enjoy spending time together, continuing to do our remodeling projects and wd would love to do some traveling. We also enjoy our time with our two dogs, Chaise and Marlee.

I was born and raised in Nebraska. After high school, I attended Grand Island School of Business and worked in the business department at the bank. In October of 1984, I moved to Scottsdale where I began working for Dr. Briggs. In 1989, I moved to Tucson to head the offices of Nevada Bob's Golf Store, which was owned by my mother and her husband.

I joined Briggs Family Dentistry in 1993 after moving here from Denver, Colorado. Most of my formal education and licensing was from Southern California where I grew up. I have 32 years experience as a registered dental assistant.

I am a native of Arizona. I currently live in Phoenix. I enjoy spending as much time as I can with my teenage daughter. My formal training was as a dental assistant but I have since moved to the front office where I love greeting and visiting with our patitents. I was very excitied to join and be a part of the Briggs Family Dentistry. We are a great team working together for a common goal of caring for patients.

My work is my education. Besides being a great dentist, Dr. Roger Briggs is also a great teacher. I have been fortunate enough to work at Briggs Family Dentistry for three years. I graduated from the Phoenix College dental assisting program in 2004 and look forward to many more years withthe Briggs Family Dentistry Team.

Someone once told me, "Find a job you love to do, and you'll never have to work a day in your life." I've found the dental field a rewarding occupation. I graduated with dental hygiene degree after working for several years as a dental assistant in Iowa.

Natale Lange, Hygiene Assistant
I was born in Canada and lived there until my family relocated in 1992, and I have lived here in Phoenix ever since. I graduated high school in 2000 and unsure of what I wanted to spend my life doing, I accepted a position at a bank and took general studies at Paradise Valley Community College. I am now attending Phoenix College and I am preparing to apply for the dental hygiene program.
I have worked with Dr. Briggs for a little over a year. I started out working in the front office and then moved to the back office where I am now a hygiene assistant. I have enjoyed working with and learing from the great team we have here at Briggs Family Dentistry.
Danielle Austin, DA
I have been a dental assistant for seven years. I am originally from Payson, Arizona where I worked for another father and son team. I took a year out to travel abroad and study photography in Dublin, Ireland before moving down to the Valley in May 2008. Dr. Briggs was then kind enough to put me to work. I have enjoyed my time here so well and feel I am always learning.
